I have been having my cars serviced for over 20 years at Norm Reeves. This is the first time that I have had complaints. Arrived for my appointment at 12:00. Waited outside for 10 minutes which was fine. When I got inside the service person told me that it would be an hour to an hour and a half to have my car serviced. Asked why since I had an appointment. She informed me that they were very busy. I have never waited more than 30 minutes. After an hour inside, asked about my car. Again told that they were very busy. Asked why since I had an appointment. She informed me that everyone had an appointment. My comment was that you are taking people as they come in or overbooking. The entire tone of the service dept was different. Asked if there was a new service manager, answer was yes. My car needed new tires and before I would have had it done there but chose not too. I could not be more displeased with the service and do not know if I will return. Thank you for hearing my comments. Carol C

Ivette Rodriguez gave exceptional service and was very kind and informative. She answered every question thoroughly. I would recommend to everyone getting their Honda serviced in Huntington Beach to come here for great service and quality results. Thanks to the technicians involved also for being so swift and professional . Please give Ivette a raise and promotion. She has all the qualities needed to be the brains as well as the face of Norm Reeves Honda of Huntington Beach. I will be back.

John was awesome. My only complaints is that the email sent for my appointment had the wrong location. I didn’t realize the location had moved since I got the car. Then when went into email to click in the address it sent me to another dealership that wasn’t you guys. Now I’m aware but might be a good idea to fix that in the emails you send out.

I was dreading bringing my car into the shop. I put it off for quite some time, knowing how it would inconvenience me and cost a lot of money. I met Alex and within minutes said Subaru was going to cover it under warranty. Not to mention a warranty that expired. A few days later part installed in a couple of hours. I’ve never seen anything like it. Alex was awesome!

I was satisfied with your service until I realized that my right back tire was not installed back properly. The hubcap was not put back correctly. I will be going back to the service center to get it fixed as soon as I get a chance. The service center is a little far from me so I'm going to have to make time asap.

They put a sticker in the window saying my next oil change would be at 42,000 plus miles and I am already at 113,00. Put a new drive belt on my car that my mechanic didn’t think really needed to be replaced yet. It was not that worn. Felt like they upselled me.

Actually, it took longer than I expected. But then again, I myself, got there about 15 mins. late. SO.... But indeed, I'm glad you sent this Quality Service Survey because I was just about to write you a note regarding Valentin's phenomenal Customer Service! And not just with me either! I watched him outside take the time to sit by a customer and listen to the man's concerns about his car,and very sincerely, Valentin gave the man specific causes the mechanics can seach for and even assured him how even one's style of driving, with no fault of their own, can at times indirectly, affect the car's performance. I was impressed! Very impressed! I even learned a few things myself...from one so young! LOL!!! I'm going on 70! Valentin, looks professional, acts professional, and gracioiusly goes the extra mile with your custoners! Surely, you must already know, "Promotions" speedily await him... And he truly lives up to his name....a true **** to us, your customers. GOD bless him wherever he goes. P.S. I came on last Tuesday 3/23/21 for a srs recall service for my Honda 2001 accord. I have no lights on my panel prior to service. I noticed the srs light is lit after I picked up the car. I informed the representative of Honda about the light but I get no straight answer about what’s the plan on how it’s going to be fix. The light will be a problem when I do my smog check when I register the car. There should be no light lit especially when they fix the recall part in my car. I will appreciate a quick response to this matter. Now I’m actually scared to drive the car because I don’t know if it’s properly installed since the light is on.
