I'm always satisfied with how much he takes good care of my car.. he always informs me of the things that r needed to be done and just it's so nice.. For one the labor cost was outrageous. I went in for a routine oil change and got my brakes changed with fluid and my fuel injection checked and serviced. The parts for all that was around $300 but labor was an astonishing +$800. No one explained why the labor cost so much or what the hourly rate was for the services.
or how many hours were actually spent on my car. I don’t mind paying for the amazing work is done or labor spent on my car, but nearly $900 on just labor is extreme. Not only that, when my car was brought to me I was told I would at the very least be provided with a complimentary car wash, which I wasn’t. I picked up my car just as I lefted. The little things count. I thank Rafael for his assistance, I know he doesn’t set the pricing for these things, but the overall experience was not satisfying at all. — Alex S
