The people I interacted with were great. Your appointment system is disappointing. When I make an appointment I want to make an appointment for when my car is worked on. I spent six hours at the dealership for one hour of maintenance work. I even showed up ten minutes early and it took 30 minutes to start my check-in with Julie. Julie was great and did what she could and stayed late until my car was done. You need to improve your appointment system.
