I was absolutely thrilled with what was supposed to be a recall fix on my car. Robert brought it around and said there was a mishap and one of my ancillary lights was cracked. He was extremely professional and apologized, offering to fix the light for no charge. Even the honesty to point it out was nothing short of exceptional - I wouldn't have noticed at least for a day or two until I washed my car. When I brought it back and showed him that the bumper was also scratched, he had it taken to the body shop and repaired as well within a week. Robert was extremely courteous, responsive on updates, and unwilling to compromise on service and quality. The experience was nothing short of exceptional and Robert solidified my business at Norm Reeves for servicing, in addition to it already being where I bought the car, I was impressed with the service department and Robert as well.

Honestly it was ok but the part that killed the whole joy was that my right fog light shut down . I seen it not working when they gave my car back . It was working we on the am and the night before so I don’t know what happened or what they moved . Also the Mecanic who worked on it was not carefull enough and he dirty my car interior w his dirtty hands after working on it . I realized both things 30 min after leaving the dealer .
