Gabby was great!Great customer service! Only issue was the technician that put on my weather strips on my car on the roof top after the car was done i checked the roof and the strips,were not put on right they were popping off. They needed to be clipped on in place and they were not tech did not know,they needed to be clipped in place . gabby then had to take the car back to have 2 tech's do each side to properly secure them . Gabby was excellent properly handled the situation. It was a simple change out of weather strips certain tech's need to be trained better.I was charged about a hundred dollars for something that wasn't even done right.Im glad I looked at the strips before I left. Gabby was excellent though!

Now i know why they call dealerships, stealerships. I just got my cabin air filter and engine air filter changed last oil change and there is no way i needed that changed again and she said i needed it changed what a joke. As soon as i walked in my maintenance light said A and she said i needed an A1 just trying to upsell me. I have friends that are service advisors and i know for a fact thats there job. To try and get people to spend more money. Not going to happen with me sorry.

I came in because I had a slow leak in a tire. Jacob was extremely helpful in letting me know what all my options were. When I came in the paperwork was already prepped and my car was ready way before they said it would .
