Robert was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and very detailed to answering all my questions and concerns. He kept me updated on the wait time for my car service and even recommended me a place to walk around, shop, eat, just to stall the time rather than sitting on a bench all day. My car has been through a lot in the last 10 years that I've had it. There's a lot of dents and scratches and the paint has worn off in many place, and I am always embarrassed to take it in. Kevin and the rest of the team did not make me feel judged for the condition of my car. I came in for the emission recall certificate and an oil change. Upon further inspection, Kevin called to let me know that there were other parts that had to be replaced and went over the pricing with me so that there were no surprises. He also provided as accurate estimated time frame when everything would be completed. When it came time to pay, his quotes were correct. He didn't try to sell me on anything extra, only what needed to be done and I really liked that. The entire team was laid back and easy to talk to. I would definitely bring my car here again for services.

Came for the AC to be fix, was told I needed other services “transmission fluid change etc and filter changes” I agree to the other services. Came back to pick up my car and drove it home “Approximately 25 mins” to later found out I can’t lock my doors anymore and a system error, drove back to the dealership to explain the issue and all I got back in return that it was my fault and I’m the reason for the issue and dent in my car...... how the hell do I leave the parking out for 30 mins just to bring it back and be responsible for something else that wasn’t even wrong with my car before I brought it to the dealership........ thanks for making the experience a learning lesson about trusting dealerships mechanics to take responsibility for there **** ups.
