It disappointed me that the service man didn’t call me when he said he will call me to explain details after the inspection. I have to call the place three times and with this he didn’t even call me. Terrible customer service from thd person. Shouldn’t be in his position.

Our car rear doors were working fine until I gave it to service. During service they did some recall work and doors are not opening after that. I was really disappointed with their work and wonder why they hadn’t checked before giving the car to me. I picked up the car on Saturday at 5:20pm, by then the service was closed and I can’t use the rear seats till it gets fixed hopefully by Monday.
