6 and a half hours for a oil change and battery replacement on my 2019 ranger. Not to happy about the scratches on the front left fender from the tech leaning on my truck while working on it.

Actually I had scheduled an appointment last week and when I brought my car in I was told that there was a three to four hour wait time, so I rescheduled. It would have been more professional to call me prior to my arrival to see if I was willing to wait for three to four hours or reschedule.
I bought my car at the Honda dealership in Escondido and took it there for service until Norm Reeves opened closer to my house. Frankly I much prefer the service I received in Escondido.

I requested that I wanted to have my brake fluid and battery checked and apparently all they did was to do just one thing aside from those two other requests I asked as a customer, which is to align the tires/ wheels. I don’t even know if they even checked the pressure of the tires, I also requested that. I asked if they did those, the guy said no, just the alignment.
