The service team is absolutely fabulous... Even though they have me buy a brand new spare part then put on an aftermarket one.. but as the person who has taken off of mechanics in college, this is a very common practice including rolling back the speedometer.

He was very friendly and professional! I left Caruso Ford after 14 years because they were doing shady **** and would keep my car for WEEKS at a time for simple services. They also left cloth rags in my engine multiple times!! One time they broke my horn and tried to blame it on ME!!! No! When there was a brake recall for my Mercury, I decided to go to Norm Reeves because of the aforementioned shady **** at Caruso. Daniel took the time to listen to me and also clearly explain what was happening to my car, including pricing. Amazing. I love this type of commitment and communication with customers. I also truly appreciated the timeliness of my service and keeping me updated. It was like the universe shined its goodness upon me with the excellent communication I experienced with Daniel at Norm Reeves. I will certainly be back Norm Reeves in the future to get my car serviced. Bonus shout out to whoever washed my car for the complimentary wash because it came out so nice and I didn’t see any streaks on my car. Stellar work! Caruso Ford seemed to just spit on a towel and call it a day. They try to pass it off as a washed car even though I could see every wipe/streak they made.
