Never got any updates on the status of my vehicle. Inwas given an estimated time of 2 hrs. For the service. I called after 3 hrs and Left a message with the call center for my service advisor and he never returned my call. I called the service number numerous times and got disconnected after being on hold for a while. One of the times, I was sent to a voicemail with a full box and got disconnected. I had to fo to the dealership after 5 hours to get the status of my car just to find out it was ready and the advisor never called me to let me know when I had mentioned It was important for me to pick it on time for work purposes. Worst experience!

The range on the propulsion battery of my 2018 Honda Clarity is reduced to 50%.
When I bought it new I would get a 47 mile range. Now I only get a 24 mile range. The service advisoemr wanted to charge me to trouble shoot warranty work. The battert has 10 year 150,000 mile warranty. My car only has 65,000 miles. I was extremely unsatisfied with the service advisor not asdressing my concerns. I will be contacting the Honda corporate office. My battery requires replacement.
