Appointment was made, but didn’t get seen by rep on time. No car wash after visit. Signs say that the people moving the vehicle wear gloves, but I didn’t see one person wearing gloves. I’ve only had the vehicle for less than a year and I made a comment about how the transmission seems to slip. I was told there would be a charge just to diagnose the problem. If it was a vehicle with 100k miles I’d get it. But I only have 7k on n my vehicle.

Dropped of my atlas at 8am. Never received a call of completion. I started calling at 1:58pm to get a status. Once I received the car and brought it home I noticed oily finger prints on the hood and both fenders. I think my service advisor was kind. There should have been some communication once the 4 hour time had passed.
