Juan as always does a great Job communicating with me and my fiancée about the car, my only concern is that my vehicle has been giving me the same issue for the past 4 visits and still nothing has been done to completely fix my concern. I’m very busy and hardly have time to get into the service center so for my car to not be fixed completely every time I take it in for the same concern it is starting to frustrate me. I have to go back yet again because my car is still having the same issue that no one can figure out. I’d really appreciate for someone to reach out to me and see how we can resolve my issue.

It was a long wait for someone to get to me for my appointment and also I get home and turn on my car and there is pop up sign of tire alignment it was one with an exclamation mark. And that is what o had just gotten fixed.

When I picked up my car today, I realized my turn signal was not operating properly. It was working perfectly fine prior to leaving it here. I was disappointed that honda did not catch this, seeing as it is a safety hazard. When I tried to call the service center I was kept on hold and then transferred to a voicemail that was full and could not take my message. Very upset, please contact me ****-****-xxxx
