Excellent service and courteous

Not happy with the service given today. My daughter went there and she was told that they could not inspect her car since the battery was low. I am not able to understand how it is possible that a client shows up and is not even aware that the car battery does not pass inspectión then the car is not even checked. That was a very negative starting point. Then she was told she could get a new battery for $165. Luckily she went to Autozone and got the car Inspected over there and paid less for the car battery. After that she returned to the Honda dealer and was told it was just the battery and that her alternator was fine. There she goes again to Autozone to have the car checked with the new battery and once again Autozone still detected the alternator as being the problem. So she goes back to the Honda dealer and was told once again by this service person that it was just the battery and that the alternator was passing. It was a frustrating visit because we had the car checked elsewhere and they had also said it was the alternator. On another note service had been done on 3/17/2021 on this vehicle at this dealer and everything was fine. However, a month later the battery was dead and I really wonder why or how. Not satisfied with the service on this visit or the last visit. I am.hoping to visit another Honda dealer near me so I do not have to go back to the Huntington Beach location. I would rate this as the the worst experience I have had at a dealership. I.understand there is a process but when a customer is having issues with a car that was purchased in less than a year and we get this type of service that really stands out as a negative experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know.

I was extremely impressed Joseph Vargas. From the minute he walked up to the car, he was professional and courteous. Even helped me with the warning message on my dash and answered a few quick questions. Best of all the service was done to the car in a timely manner.....just like he said!! Very satisfied!
