In all the years that I’ve had services at West Covina norm reeves Honda these past 2 visits have been the worst by far. I’m big on customer service so I never mind having to drive from Moreno Valley to West Covina to get my services done because customer service has always been the BEST until these las 2 visits. I had an appointment last week on Saturday at 7:20am so that means I had to wake up at 5:30am to get myself and my 2 kids ready to arrive on time for this appointment which I didn’t mind like I said before, but I was there for 4hrs and the services that I was suppose to be there for were not done. The manager didn’t seem to care about the situation at all. This was very disappointing because no one knew how to help on what was going.
