The person who helped me was actually Josue. He helped me previously over the phone when he worked in the Parts Dept, impressing me tremendously then. He did SO much research to find a solution to my problem, genuinely sounded concerned and motivated to help me, got back to me twice with results... after I had forgotten to return his call... I’m so glad you’re asking me for feedback now after he helped me again with *such sincerity and energy*, because I wanted to give great feedback about my call in to the Parts Dept. Norm Reeves Honda, I think, is lucky to have someone with his work ethic!!!

Not happy with the services. I had oil change and tire rotations for my 2019 Honda Ridgeline. They used my wheel lock which is ok but they didn’t put back in the glove box, I had to ask for it. Good things I looked for it because it happened before but I didn’t complain. Good things I didn’t drive away I opened my glove box and foud the set of nuts and the wheel lock was missing. When I asked they said no way but the service guy went back and found it and gave it to me with am sorry...,

I made a 10:20am appointment for a recall service. The service advisor estimated that the job would take about 1.5 hours to complete. Six hours later, I still had not heard from anyone in the service department, so I called to find out the status of my vehicle. I was told it would be another 30 minutes still since “there were other customers ahead of me”, in spite of having made a 10:20am appointment at a facility that barely opened just over an hour before that? I felt I was being lied to, to cover up for their mishandling of job priorities. The work on my vehicle was likely forgotten or ignored until I made that inquiry call, and to support this, the work order shows that labor was a mere 0.3 hours, suggesting to me that the service on my car likely did not start until I made the phone call. I am very disappointed with my experience at West Covina Honda, as they seem to have no respect or consideration for their customer’s time. My evening plans had to be canceled due to their failure to follow through with their service promise.
