I used to get my vehicle serviced in Olympia. Wa before I relocated. They were a caring and professional team. At your dealership, there was a lack of real customer service. I didn’t feel anyone was really concerned about the functionality of my vehicle in a sincere way. I have taken amazing care of my vehicle over the last four years with zero issues. I come in and they want to charge me $1,500.00 for some o rings and timing chains...which will take up to 12 hours of labor...whaaat? I am sorry but I will be getting a second opinion.
