The service provided by Omar was very disrespectful. I have been coming here ever since i bought my car but i wont be coming anymore. I went there for a simple oil change that would take me an hour at most. But he took 3 hours without informing me. He requeated the maintanance team to change my battery without even telling me. I was very dissapointed and I asked him ti remove it as i was already rate. He didn’t apologize for the misdoings as well.

On arrival it took too long before I was helped
When I purchased my car I was told on my next trip I would receive the tank of gas I was promised and was not able get at check out during purchase
Bryan said he didn’t have authority to help and said EJ was off. I messaged him and he stated same answer. That’s not acceptable and not good service. This is a simple task and should be taken if instead of me having to make another trip next time. Also checkout Bryan said my car will be coming up. Another guy outside handed my keys and said it’s out in front but I had to walk all the way to the end to get my car. All my years of car service Honda or other never had this happen before.
