Mangers we’re unprofessional an the service guy didn’t know his left from his right an still my car has a wired sound an what ever they did made it worse an the mirror is loose when I drive it moves back an forth the guy just said there like that I know there not supposed to be that loose it’s just all around bad service

I was a little disappointed that it took almost 2 hours for someone to call me after I dropped off my car at 9:40, to tell me it would be $1,000 for brakes and rotors. My rotors were actually fine and I had my friend who is a mechanic, replace my brakes for $300. The parts, brakes & rotors were only $149

So for one, I made an appointment Tues, May 4th to come in Thursday, May 6th at 12pm. When I got there the gentleman in the front that helps me when you first get to the service department, was not helpful and told me I wasn’t on the list. Nor did he try to squeeze me, considering I told him I had an appointment and showed him the picture from my call log. I went and parked my car to speak with a manager. The lady at the first desk told me the manager was on a phone call and be right with me. The manager NEVER CAME! So I got mad and was about to leave. As I’m strapping my son in his car seat, a gentleman that works there by the name of CHRIS POOLE walked over to me and said that he was going to pull some strings and get my oil change. He also said that by letting me left would’ve been bad customer service, so he was going to help me out. So that whole day was irritating. I thank Chris so much for doing all he can.

My only issue was my waiting time in the service entrance driveway. With only my car there, it took about 15 minutes for a service technician to come out and write out the order.
