Initially I had a chat through internet with a representative to make an appointment, and she told me she would definitely contact a service department to contact me for appointment. But after days of waiting no one reached to me. Then I made a phone call to make an appointment. After waiting about twenty minutes, hearing I’m the first in the waiting line every one minute, the call was hung up. Frustrated though, I tried again and after twenty minute waiting, while being told I was the first on the waiting list every minute, finally someone picked up and then being unable or unwilling to locate my information, made me waiting for a while. And then he transferred the call to another and finally I could make an appointment. It should not be so difficult. The service on the site was good and your representative Hans was very helpful. But considering all the trouble to make an appointment, I can’t say it was a good experience. I hope you improve and next time it be different.

I was charged over $500 to have my air conditioning fixed. Two O-rings were changed and it did not fix the problem. In fact the condenser was so broken that Freon was everywhere. This should've been caught in the diagnostic. What's the point of a diagnostic if you're going to miss that big of a problem. I question whether the O-rings were even damaged. I was quoted $825 to change the condenser and I gave the OK and the work was not done.He should've contacted me if he was unclear whether I had given the OK or not rather than keeping my car all day. I took my car elsewhere to have it fixed. I think I was scammed for the first time. The Freon should've been put in with the die and then I should've been asked to bring it back in a week and then the repair should've been done properly rather than being charged twice.

Service was great and inspection was thorough, however there was a miscommunication between the customer service representative and the service team. The scheduler confirmed it would be a free oil change(it came with the purchase of the car) but I was still charged for it since it apparently expires after a year. Other than that no complaints.
