Nathan was so helpful and polite. I was nervous about going to a car shop because I am not that knowledgeable about cars but he took the time to explain all the options available to fix my car and was very forthcoming about pricing and expectations for how my car would perform given each service option. I am not interested in being contacted. I was a bit bothered that the service tech continued repeating I needed to complete a brake flush after I informed him that I payed to have that service completed during my previous visit. I didn’t appreciate that upon receipt of my vehicle, a maintenance reminder sticker was not placed on my windshield. At this time, I have to figure out when my next service is due. I attempted to check using the system in my vehicle but I don’t see any reminders programmed.
