I asked him to help me adjust my seat and it never happened . he said I had a nail on the wall side of the tires.. I took my car to a tire place and they found the nail in the middle and it was fixable. I am glad I didn’t have to buy new tires.

Bryan Salas is an advisor I can trust and will always look forward to working with him. 100% helpful should my car ever come to the dealer Bryan is the one I trust to get the job done. The man before I started specifically going to Bryan had an attitude and couldn’t even call me back to let me know my car wouldn’t be ready so I could get a rental instead I called and he said if you could be here in 5 minutes we’ll give you a rental. I ended up not being back in those 5 minutes and had to find my own way to work the next day. Bryan always let’s me know when my cars ready and what other things they’ve found immediately and answers any questions that I may have truly a great service advisor.
