Nothing is finalized with the truck repairs because the Part is back ordered with no ETA. Which is extremely frustrating as I need to leave town (with my truck) for work in a week. But, I can’t blame Dominick for that! He was extremely professional the entire time and kept me well informed of the progress. Very happy with his service!

I dropped my car off at 930 a.m and when 2 o clock came I hadn’t heard from anybody so I called for an update. After calling multiple times and being told nobody was available, I was beyond frustrated and asked if a message could be left for the advisor. An hour passed and still no response from anyone. My last call around 4pm I was finally connected with the advisor and informed my car was ready. I have never had such bad customer service from the agents taking the calls to the advisors not reaching out to let me know what was going! My car was there for 7 hours with absolutely no courtesy follow up call!! I’m VERY disappointed with the service I received today!
