I have tried to go to other dealerships and was treated so poorly and disrespected that I will only go to your location, due to the best service each and every time. Juan was the best, well, Brandon has always been the person I deal with and when he wasn't there I almost didn't want to go there. However, you service department is the best and everyone treats me well and that is the most important part, thank you for having the most exceptional service and staff

I was quoted $930 when arriving. I said I had received a coupon in the mail but had forgotten it. He said he would try to do something. The total price was $848.24. He did give me a discount. Upon returning home I looked at the coupon it says $779 receive $75 off. I don’t understand the discrepancy in prices?

I had taken my car three Previous times to address a problem that I was experiencing with the car. All three times I was told that the problem could not be found and each time I took my car it was within the car’s warranty. Finally with the warranty expired I recently took it in for an oil change and asked for the same problem to be checked, and suddenly I was told that the reason for my car’s problem was ab&c. And I was told I’d have to pay to get it fixed. I’m extremely unhappy and I feel cheated that I am now being told that I have to pay for the service when I had previously taken in the car multiple times to get service for this specific problem Well it was still under warranty. It is not a coincidence that suddenly when my warranty has expired the problem has been found so that I would have to pay out of pocket. I feel that Honda is not being honest with its customers and its integrity is in question.
