I made an appointment for 940 am. I arrived early but no one checked me in for 15 min. I was told it would be ready by 1pm. I did not receive any updates but when I showed up at 1pm, I was told that they hadn’t even started work on it. It ruined my work day. They told me I’d get a rental car. That process took another hour. My car was not ready until midday the next day. I asked Juan to make sure he calls me at 11am to give me an update before I drove an hour from my house to the dealership. He did and the car was ready. They fixed a bunch of recalls, one for the crackling in the car stereo. The car stereo was crackling on the way home even though the radio was not even on. The next day, the sliding door was not working properly compared to before and I know that was another recall item supposedly fixed. Not happy at all with my experience. I drove extra far to try to loyal to this dealership where I bought this Honda instead of my local Honda dealership in Torrance. I regret the time I spent.
