Appointment was for 11 am did not receive vehicle back till 5 after being told to give until 330 4ish. I told him what the problem was as another dealership found it beforehand. Only after waiting for 7 hours to be told the problem was what I said and now I have to wait a week to get parts and set up a new appointment possibly having to miss work for the next one. This is ridiculous and I won't be returning to norm Reeves for future service appointments. On top of that I called and left a message with the service manager and still haven't received a call back. I understand Joseph was doing his job but I wasted a whole day basically waiting to be told I'm right and come back a later date. This was my first Honda with your store and I'm sick to my stomach at the service I received. Also the updates on my service were not promptly made as I didn't receive not one update until 3:27 pm what's the point of an appointment if your time is shared with others very very unsatisfied with Norm Reeves Honda....can't believe I purchased a vehicle from you guys.
