Mechanic replaced battery but left Navigation and Radio not working, and when asked, Mechanic said he does not know what to do to fix it.

I had a great experience with Trevor Rodriguez. He was professional, friendly and explained my service recommendations and price breakdown. During my wait in the lobby my phone died and I didn’t have my phone charger with me. I went to tell Trevor that I didn’t have a phone charger so not to text or call my phone because I wouldn’t get my messages. Trevor was very nice and offered to let me borrow a phone charger. Last service visit prior to the one today Lilly recommended stuff that was not required and I needed to point out I had purchased tires already through you. Today, Lilly “recommended” $1,700.00 more service than B1. I purchase Ethos service when I purchased the vehicle from your location. I was “sold” that it was service free for as long as as I own the vehicle. I was told today “oh, no that is expired”. Now I get to pull out a contract from years ago. I feel scammed by your dealership.
