I booked my appointment online( when u call, it tells u to go online) ,but when I got there, he said I don't have an appointment even though I have an online confirmation. He said somebody will call me to confirm that online appointment. Nobody called me and I missed that fine lines ,if it was there. Anyway, he was nice, he still took my car but will take longer since no appt. Another thing, I asked if Hyundai do complimentary car wash and he said yes which was great.They called me my car is ready around 1pm, I picked it up before 5, waited too long for it to be brought out and not wash as promised.????

I was not happy about the rental and Lyft policy. That’s not under Ryan’s control. But I don’t think it’s fair how I’ve been having the same issue with my car. So I feel like that’s a problem from you guys. Other than that ryan did everything great

Technician found a leak in compressor, when servicing my vehicle for oil change, tire rotation and transmission oil change. Vehicle warranty expired last month. $1500 replacement charge. Tech looked further into vehicle profile and discovered I had extended warranty. They called and was approved after $50 deductible. Thanks for Tech determined to help and find a resolution to my situation.
