Rafael Gonzales-Moran had excellent customer service. He kept me updated on the process. My vehicle was finished in a timely manner and everything done to the vehicle was discussed during a phone call and was documented on the service receipt. My only concern was no loaner vehicle was offered after Rafael stated they would keep my vehicle for 2-3 days. I had to Uber home and back to the dealership which was an unexpected cost. I had received terrible customer service at another local dealer but I am happy I chose norm reeves Ford Cerritos and will be back for any service needs.

Had an appointment, and still waited 2 1/2 hours for a first service oil change.
No point in having an appointment,I called 8 am for app. And was told nothing available till 9:20 .Your dealer was dead slow all morning until after 9am. The person making appointments works in Cerritos honda. How can she even know how busy west covina honda is?
I didn't want to drive to SIERRA HONDA close to my home but it would have been quicker than waiting.people just drive up for an oil change with no appt. And get inline with appt. Customers. Maybe you should designate one service bay for appt. only. Losing alot of business, I saw numerous cars getting out of line and leaving due to wait.
