I asked for a timing chain replacement. Trinity said there is a package that includes water pump, belt pump, valve adjustment, valve gasket and timing chain for around $980. Well, it didn’t include timing chain after I repeatedly asked about a timing chain. Well, now I have OVER paid an excess of $900 of services I NEVER asked for because of her misunderstanding. I am still NOT satisfied with the discount I received. I am considering calling my Lawyer.

Despite my frustrations (and hopefully understandably pissed off attitude) about my A/C not working for the 3rd time, Lilia and norm reeves Honda was very understanding and really thankful they were able to “meet me halfway” and work it out to find a working solution for both parties. They took care of my Uber, gave me a nice discount on the original cost to fix my A/C, and really upheld the customer service standard I’ve been able to experience in the last 5 years of going here.
Really helped diminish the “sting” on all these A/C payments and time I had to go into dealership along with months of drive time without a working A/C.
