The guy up sold me on something I did not need he told me my car that only has 24,000 miles needs all this work and I talked to my financial adviser and he told me I did not need nothing done that my car is brand new and my car feels the same ! Not one things was done to it

When I’m driving after service there is big engine sound om bomnet side.
I tries to look into the bonnet.. airfilter box remains openned.. not locked correctly.

The car stayed overnight and the problem was not fixed. The car must not have been driven more than a few blocks if it didn’t happen for the service guy to see. My opinion is that he didn’t understand about electric cars. An electric car needs time to warm up, weather conditions have an impact on the electricity working? Nope. I could understand if it wasn’t electric. The problem exists everyday and at all times and is completely unacceptable. Will be submitting a Consumer report.
