I came in with an appointment time at 10:20 a.m. to have the air conditioner inside of my new car looked at. After two hours, my car was still not seen by service technicians. I had to leave for another comittment . I was told by Ricardo that it usually is a four hour wait!! To me, that is incredibly ridiculous!!!! Gail
