Was there for oil change only ended up paying $752! Since my mileage is 99k, Ricardo suggested to change the water kit in my engine ( though there's nothing wrong with it). I'm confused on how he computed everything! He didn't include the $100 discount in my final bill. Instead, he erased the $791.31 and removed $50 only and kept on telling me that my bill originally was $900 which was not in my initial or final bill. I'm a regular client and my first time to give unsatisfactory review.

Joseph is an amazing representative for Honda. He listens, he asks questions, he’s considerate, he represents Honda well. He shows interest in the family, he works quickly, but not so quickly that he sacrifices quality. While we are still waiting to hear about the paint warranty , I know Joseph does not have control over this decision. I surely hope Honda will consider following through on this for their customers to keep them lifelong customers. We’ve all gone through so much. We surely hope you keep and pay people like Joseph. He’s an amazing human and he is a magnificent customer service representative. These qualities are harder to come by “these days”. Quite refreshing to receive wonderful service! We hope the company recognizes them!!!

Omar did a great job communicating with me. I took my car in for a regular service and afterwards I noticed a problem with the idle. I told Omar my concern and he immediately set aside an appointment for me, listened to my problem, and communicated it with the mechanics.

I had set up my appointment today Thursday, May 20 early in the morning between 730 and 8 AM a nice young woman had helped me set up the appointment for 12:20 PM the same afternoon. Well I went to Honda early in the in the afternoon 10 minutes before my appointment and have checked in with someone driving in. While I was waiting I saw someone in front of me get a service representative within 5 to 10 minutes. I was the last car in the service line waiting between 30 to 45 minutes and had to tell the person who had checked me in why isn’t there someone servicing me? He then proceeded to walkie-talkie someone in in order to serve me. I kept on looking for representatives and Saul no one inside, and was wondering why isn’t there one representative out here to help me but they can help everyone else. Once a representative is called for me a representative came out for the car behind me while I was waiting here 30 to 45 minutes. I honestly did not think this was fair because I had to report to my work almost an hour late. I’ve never experienced service like this at Honda before specifically this one, which is why I’m surprise I received the service I had customer service wise at least. I’m not going to talk badly about my representative that help me which was Samuel he was great and useful and explain to me what needed to be done to my car and helped me look at the price differences between I’ll B1 one service versus our regular oil change because I have looked at the specials that Honda West Covina had to offer. So I am very grateful for Samuel that tried to help me and help me with my service today. But I was upset on the phone when I had explain to him if there was any compensation for my time because I had waited 30 to 45 minutes to get my car seen. He had told me that there was nothing that Honda could you and I got very upset with that not even a discount on my oil change at least. I understand it is not up to him to make changes or offer me something for my time but this is why I decided to wait to write this review instead of how this Honda dealership was doing. I know what these reviews could do to service techs because I’ve had family and friends become service techs and it could hurt you or help you. So my service tech with was great he tried to help me and I thank him for that. But I rather talk to management about the wait time and how it was unfair that a car behind me receive service before me that was only waiting there 10 minutes while I was waiting there 40 minutes and I just lost an hours worth of work. If management would like to reach out to me I don’t mind because this is unfair

I came at 11:35 for my 11:40 appointment. I was told it would take two and a half hours to complete my oil change and tire rotation. At 2:00 I went to the work area to see if my car was being worked on, I did not see it. At 2:15 I went to the desk, a man said he would go check. He was gone 10 min and was told it would be 10 more minutes, he pointed to my car, in the work area, in the first space, it was not there earlier, so I assume it was just brought in after I asked. After 45 more minutes I went back to the front desk, another person said he would find out, and came back and said car was ready. I told the Juan, I didn't understand why it took three and a half hours to do an oil change, he rudely stated they didn't just do an oil change. He did not review any of the problems with me, just had me sign. When I got home I saw that it said that it should have brake fluid added immediately. No one ever discussed this with me I certainly would have had it added, he knew I was traveling the next week, and I don't have time to wait 3 more hours for fluid to be added. I'm not sure why we make an appointment only to have my car not even looked at for 2 and 1/2 hours. Very disappointed, probably will start taking my car care elsewhere. The only text I got was after I drove out, with the service inspection and saying my car was ready. Poor customer service.

Ramiro was fine. I called and was told my car was ready for pickup. When I was dropped off and my wife went home, I was told only Ramiro could help me, but my car wasn’t ready. Ramiro was at lunch so I had to wait for him. Turned out the car was ready, just not back at the dealer yet. More waiting. It was a very frustrating experience.
