I brought the car in again for the same issue and again it has not been resolved. I’m told that when speaking on the phone through the car, it is normal for people you are talking to sound like we are in an echo chamber. I don’t believe that is normal. I have other family members who have the same car (2020 model instead of 2019) snd they do not have the same problem. It is not normal for their VW Jetta to not have an echo chamber, only normal for mine. Very dissatisfied. This is my fourth VW snd if this is normal, will be my last unfortunately. Our experience with Hermanshu was excellent and confirmed that I made the right decision purchasing another Hyundai.
