I took my car to get serviced after 3 days of purchasing the car. I was a bit upset and nervous because I had just purchased the car and I trust Honda and their quality of work. But after speaking to Bryman he explained the issue , he made sure it got fixed and he made sure I was happy with my new car. I am very impressed with Your greeter. I did not have an appointment therefore I came in at 6:40 and didn’t expect to see anyone until 7 o’clock which is what you usually open. When your greeter came with a smile and told me the process for those without appointments, he was very personable and explained what needed to be done. It was such an easy drop off. That’s what I call customer service.
