Said my car was washed wasn’t! Also I got a oil change when I got in my car it still said 10%?oil life nobody wants to see that after 300 was spent on oil change and filters !! Really

As I reported last year, why do I have to check in with one person, Deborah, who was busy on the phone, so I stand and wait while 3 others were sitting behind their desks, eating?? No customer service, don’t know why I’d expect someone to say “Hi, welcome!” My husband keeps asking me why do I take my Honda to the Honda dealership for service, I’m beginning to wonder!!

Deborah was very helpful. However when I made appointment I was told it would take 2 hours. When I arrived at 9:20 I was told it would take 4 hours. My car was not completed until 2:00. Then I had to wait 15 minutes more to have low gas alarm reset.

Well any team their where fired I honest going to come back ! But feel that now you have good team. It was perfect in out oil change , also advise of couple of issues that may want do on thee car . And for once air pressure the same on all four tires that made me happy ! Still waiting for they broken one clips for air filter why ignore just tel they broke this was in first I had car Honda is only ones who done soil change it one reason power cause air intake possible leaking ! But other than that the right people and will be back hail may Evan guy my 5 Honda been happy first 4 cars

The only thing that we didn't understand was how the brakes got rusty. I had to call Honda again to find out why, and you told me. No big deal as the rust was eliminated for the most part when we drove the car yesterday. Many thanks for all your service.
