The people i dealt with were great but the think over 4 hours for a uncomplicated albeit it comprehensive maintenance was too much. After the recall service was cancelled due to lack of parts it made no sense that I was there that long. I am not anxious to repeat the experience. Judith P

My service and service agent Gary are rated A++..... My issue of dissatisfaction is that I was told to wait for the valet to bring out my car. After 30 or so minutes I went inside to see when it would be brought out. Gary was not there so I asked a young man outside .... he went to check ....he said the wash was backed up ....... I think someone just forgot to get my car because he went and got it from the parking lot. I was there almost an hour waiting for my car. Everyone was really nice and a couple other gentlemen asked if they could help me. Your customer service and personnel are excellent but I’m letting you know this because I’m not sure how much longer I would have waited had I not asked.

My car came back different my horn is now distorted the brake system was now on my dash and couldn’t move until we cut the car off five times this is immediately after they pulled my vehicle out and they also let me know it was nothing they could do if they damaged my car very disappointed in this last visit

I am not a satisfied at all right after I left the dealer a few miles away The pan from underneath the motor was dragging i guess they didn’t bolted it right on the freeway and had to take it off this is the second time I have an issue after maintenance
