Estimate did not match final bill.
We did not get a notification when the car was ready.
Had an appt at 11, supposed to be 2 hrs. Called at 2:30 pm and were told it would be another 2 hours. Then got no notification until 5:45 when I got a text “hey are you going to pick up your car?” by which time my wife had gone to work and we were not able to pick up.
We will not be returning.

Once I was able to get a call back or get Lincoln concierge involved, my service experience was great! But getting a hold of someone or a call back is very hard. Other than that now issue, the service advisors, drivers, and schedulers were great

Was very happy that my Car got washed and cleaned inside. But on Friday the light came on again and the back Tire on the Passengers side was very low. My husband took it to a tire place and it had a big nail in there. We are now trying to find out how to reset so the light does not come on any more
