I had a coupon presented at the time of drop off and you guys held onto it until I picked up my car. When I showed up to pick up my car the coupon was nowhere. You guys still honored it but not to full amount. I had to call you guys to check on my car and never got a courtesy call to say my car was being worked on and if I wanted anything else done or that anything else was recommended to be done.

Bryan Salas was friendly, and I did not have any personal issues with him. However, after my car’s recall for the fuel pump was repaired, I took the car home only to find out the fuel gauge was not working. So I had to return again and wait until that was repaired as well. I lost an entire day and a half over these issues. Honda should have a system where the customers are notified on the progress of the repairs throughout the day. Furthermore, before the car is returned to the customer, a thorough check should be done to prevent similar issues from occurring.
