Juan ****Luna was the contact person for my 5/19/21 car service appointment.
My Honda Civic Hybrid had a check engine light on due to a dead Lithium battery. Estimated car service was 2 days and the service was fully covered under warranty.
It was great to receive regular text updates as it allowed me to better plan around my busy work schedule and to better estimate when the car would be teady.
I would like to add that all Norm Reeves Honda employees were professional and helpful.
My car now runs like new and I would definitely come back again when my car needs service.
