I was very happy with the customer service I received from manny Sanchez, he kept me informed on the status of my vehicle while it was being worked on. Amazing communication skills and fast problem solving as well.

Got the job done. Even though it was expensive, He gave me thorough descriptions as to why it Needed to be done.

It took really long but **** was very nice and communicative about the timing.

Tim was great and informative. Tim made me comfortable and was easy to work with.

I’m definitely not going back for oil change if I have to wait 3 hours. I had an appointment for 12:20 and got out at 3:00 pm. I rather go other places where they do the oil change in 15 minutes and for the same price. I don’t know what’s the point of making an appointment if I have to wait 3 hours .

I called and left a message with him asking about getting a new battery and he never called me back. A few hours later when I picked up my car I told him this and he said he hadn’t checked his messages and kind of blew me off.

I really do love HOW honest and real and truthful Joshua is with me about my car.. He knowing I have a little girl and how much safety means to me cause of Her he is always making sure that my car is safe secure and if there is something wrong with it then he lets me know no matter how little or how big the problem... He has been the ONE person I trust there and has been helping me all the time.... I have had some others help me but they don’t even come close to what Joshua delivers... For example I brought my car to get an oil change once and Joshua wasn’t there so I had to have someone else help me and they told me that my tires were good and they were in the yellow so in about 6-8 months I’ll need new tires... Well I came back 3 months later for an oil change and transmission fluid flush and he called me to tell me that my wires MY WIRES were showing and from the looks of them they have been showing for some time and he said that he is letting me know since they have my car there and cause I know how important safety is to you especially cause of your little girl... and I asked how much are the same tires and installation cost and he gave me a quote and I told him to go ahead... I value and cherish him and his honesty... he goes above and beyond to deliver amazing top of the notch customer service... and to be honest HE is the reason WHY I keep coming back.... you can NOT find that customer service ANYWHERE
