The service was the Best, what was just me changing and getting a new Horn. Turned out to be a bad Horn but because of other pieces of brackets and Coverings which made the Horn not work again. Rafael was so attentive and was honest about pricing and letting me know what needed to get fixed. I am skeptical about he car still. But Jacob handle the situation with care and understanding. He never once lost his patience or became irritated with us, I know we could be a nuisance at times. Jacob made sure we were okay comfortable and solved the problem to the best of his ability. Explain things thoroughly. Made sure I had a car to transport my children to and from school. He made us feel important and the most important thing was safety, my family’s safety.
