For the most part I’ve done to know what to expect from the service department so I plan accordingly. Today I was told that my car would take about 2hours to be ready, which is standard. Long, but standard. My car was promised at 1:30pm & wasn’t delivered until 3:16. That was just about a 4 hour wait which ended up making me late to work. A four hour wait time is ridiculous for an oil change especially when I had an early appointment.
