Appt at noon, found out the problem was bigger than I thought. Told it would probably take 2 hours, but ended up to be 4 hours. Not thinking it would take that long, I had to stay because I didn't have a ride home. Service employee was apologetic.

Service was not completed as scheduled. I also paid to have my tires rotated, this was said to have been completed but was not. I went back in two more times to get the original service completed but it still has not been completed. The tires finally were rotated when I went back in the second time.
