Very disappointed in my service of my Q-70L as it took over a week to get my cruise control fixed. The service rep Arcee didn’t call me and keep me posted unless I called him. He never answered the phone and it always went to voicemail. He called me at 8 am Sat and woke me up and promised to call me back at noon and he didn’t. On Monday my car was finally ready. To add insult the car was dirty as it has been sitting out for a week. It’s the first time ever you haven’t washed my car. I’m very disappointed.

The oil job itself was fine. Juan was polite and timely. However, I have 2 issues. This was my first service and tired rotation should have been included. Secondly, I requested licenseplate to be straightened and after receiving a, "yes, we will." NOTHING WAS DONE!

It was so crazy when I wanted to pickup my car, whoever parked my car after service didn’t close my and it was 56% open I didn’t have precious stuff in my car, but for my privacy and dusts and bugs , my car was parked there around 89 minutes, Why did customer service quality changed , also i must consider 2 flies was in my car because of that issue and hardly got rid of them for because of that issue.

We always schedule our appointments with Dominick Dillion, but due to a time crunch of needing to get our oil changed, we selected the first appointments available and had Ryan. I felt very rushed from the start of the appointment, in which he took me to the counter and listed out almost ten different services we should have for our vehicle asap. They included the oil change, plus so much else - he even tried to tell me that I needed a new battery - even though my battery was brand new from Norm Reeves last January. He also said my tires were looking worn and would go soon. I agreed to only some of the services, and he seemed frustrated and gave short answers about why he was recommending all the services without the car even being seen by a technician. Gave me an estimated wait time of two hours, and when I checked in at exactly two hours, he was exasperated and said it would be at least another 45 mins. At that point, I considered getting a ride home, but then not even five minutes later he called saying my car was done. He didn't check us out, and the guy who did said my cars filters and tires were excellent - two things Ryan tried hard to tell me needed to be changed asap. It was a frustrating experience, and if Ryan was my first impression of the dealership, I wouldn't be returning. Feel free to email me at if you'd like to discuss further.
