When I left your establishment my tire pressure light came on. I did not come in for a tire check. Then I attempted to call my service rep and held for 30 minutes and was transferred and hung up on and then I called back again and was on hold another 15 minutes asked to leave a message from Service and received none. I don’t blame Mr Vargas. But now I have to get the tire pressure checked somewhere else. The wait time was ridiculous. I spent a lot of my time wasted today.

First of all when I use to bring my vehicles in before for a service I would get my vehicle washed. Also my appointment was at 915 and I was not taken in until 9:45. I don't remember waiting that long to be helped. Carlos the person who came out to get all my info was very pleasant. He was also able to explain what I was reading when I got my paperwork back.
