Oil change was great, and fixing my back door, but I needed a new bulb for the driver side interior light and was charged $7.50 but it still doesn’t work

This is one of the first times in a while that we have felt almost completely satisfied with the Lincoln dealership. We have been long time Lincoln customers and you somewhat expect the "luxury" service along with the luxury vehicle that you buy, let alone the 2nd one. Our Lincoln started to overheat and I took it in with an appointment. The most promptest check in I've had in years. Ivan checked in with me the next day as to what the issue was on our vehicle. I was a little taken back that it was so major as we were heading out for a vacation that same weekend and this was the vehicle we planned on taking. We mentioned if a courtesy rental vehicle was available, initially Ivan had said there were none but that he would try to have our vehicle out to us as soon as possible Friday mid-morning despite how big of a job it was. We had planned on leaving for vacation Thursday night but with no car, I decided to give Ivan a call one more time to see if there was any luck with a rental he stated that there was not. I needed to go to my vehicle to retrieve some items before leaving town, he said to come on down. As I arrived Ivan said that I was in luck and a rental had just showed up! There were getting it washed and while we waited he walked me down to my vehicle so that I was able to get my belongings. We closed out the paperwork on the rental and he said not to worry my car would be ready Monday. I was on my way as a happy Lincoln customer. We returned and Lincoln called to let me know my vehicle was ready for pickup. I had a last minute request to have the windshield wipers replaced and they had done so before I arrived. Unfortunately Ivan was not there as it was his day off, so that I could thank him for everything. Our car was even washed after over a year of them saying the wash was broke down! I had to give the gentleman that took care of me on Monday a little fuss because they forgot to change my oil sticker and reset the oil life for the Lincoln app, but other than that it was some luxury service like it used to be. I love my vehicle but it's a whole package that goes hand in hand with service. This experience has given us some hope into possibly purchasing another Lincoln in the future! The service or should I say lack of customer service was AWFUL!! I had made an appt because my car had a safety recall. I was told I could drop off nite before for early bird service in drop box n I would get a call from the device advisor. That is what I did. Never once got a call. When I called dealership to get eta on my car I was told I was a no show for my 830am appt. I told the gal I dropped nite before with keys in drop box. She said there was no record. I then asked if my black Honda Pilot was still sitting in service drive? After being on eternal hold she told
me it was up on rack n would have advisor call me with update. Never once got a call. I called again at 130pm n was given the run around again about my car. **** phone was nice n said my car had been done since 1130am. I was furious! When I came to pick it up my service advisor asked how everything was n if I was satisfied with the service. I let him know NO n why. He told me he had spoken to my husband twice which was a total lie as the number u have is my cell number n I had asked my husband if he talked to the service advisor not once but twice. He said never talked to anyone. My phone is also set up with the texts from you as I have gotten those In the past from you. Very disappointed not a pleasant experience at all. This is my second car I have purchased from u and brought in. Not even a sorry from the advisor when I told him he never called. I understand people get busy but just own it n admit you messed up.
