I am very satisfied with the customer service from Dominick Dillon. He was very helpful and courteous, and has updated me with the status of my service. Since my battery was also bad, he was able to inform me that the battery need to be replaced as well. Since I still have time to spare, I went ahead and told Dominick to proceed with replacing my battery. I was well informed of what other services required for my car.
