Shawn & Raymond were great. They were both very friendly and professional. However, my experience those that answer the phones, was very frustrating and left a little to be desired. They need to be retrained properly. You almost lost me as a customer. Shawn & Raymond made up for those that lacked.

The service rep/advisor I worked with was great - no complaints at all with the customer service I received from front of house. Very happy. I’m horrible with names so I don’t remember who it was, unfortunately.
I had a check engine light on and the service tech didn’t even pull the code to say what the potential issue was. The summary report just said “check engine light on - requires diagnostics” when it takes a 30 second scan to tell the customer the specific code being thrown and whether it’s something benign or a major fault. Just felt like a money grab instead of “looking out” for the customer at no cost.
