Like last time, the service manager was friendly and personable. I have an issue with the repair people. The multi-point inspection checklist said my brake fluid needed to be changed and my cabin air filter needed to be replaced. The beak fluid was changed when I was there June 9 of this year and the cabin air filter I replaced myself about 3 weeks ago. So they did not really check it! How do I trust that they actually did all the other work they supposedly did? Can’t trust them and probably won’t be bringing my car back.

I was told first that the warranty was covering all the charges on the phone right before the car was picked up! Then when picking up the vehicle i was informed there was. $50 deductible I had to pay in order to pick up the car! Was very upset for I have been a Honda dealer in your location a customer for more than 25 years ! I had bought 4 Cars there! Besides it was part of a recall on the electrical and the alarm si it should have been all covered as I was told initially! Patricia
