I would say yes. However, due to my car getting scratched and there being a delay to getting it fixed was annoying. I dropped off my car on Thursday and got it back today. But I do understand accidents do happen and the dealer did take care of the issue. It was just an inconvenience not having my car for a couple of days that I’m making payments on that got me upset. Especially when I’m paying a lot of money for the parts and labor. I also do want to recognize Anthony who was the main guy assisting me through this all. Amazing customer service. He was there for me through it all. He answered all my questions and showed sympathy/empathy towards my situation. I come a customer service background and he was truly helpful through it all, and I appreciate him. As a new Honda member I’m still hopeful for the future and look forward to my next appointments. Hopefully no mistakes next time.

Ryan and Jennifer are always amazing. Since I’m in sales and marketing just thought I’d let you know. There was oil left drippings on my hood and air intake box as well as the top of my front bumper. Maybe not all customers would care but I keep my car pristine and noticed it as soon as I got home. It cleaned up easy enough. Just maybe want to let the tech know to use a rag at the end of the oil pump when removing it. I’m assuming it was an oil pump I don’t know what you use but based on how spread out it was and the amount makes sense. Anyways I’ve bought 3 cars from your guys since you opened, and will continue to do business with you. I like your establishment more than any other Honda dealership.
